How to refund a game on Steam?

If you want a refund for a game you have bought:

1. Navigate to the Purchases tab
2. Click on the game that you would like to refund
3. Select the reason
4. Click on "I'd like to request a refund"

After that, Steam will refund you if you are eligible for one.

What are the conditions for a refund on Steam?

Steam has two conditions for a refund:

1. The purchase must not be more than 14 days old
2. The game must not be played for more than 2 hours

In case the conditions are not met, you can still apply for a refund, but the chances to get it are very slim.
